Join us for this slightly longer than usual, gentle restorative Crystal Sound Bath at the gorgeous Life Centre in Ponsonby.

Soak in the harmonising sound waves emanating from quartz crystal sound bowls and pyramids and let any stress or tension harmonise away.

At this time of the new moon, this is a beautiful opportunity to relax and restore. To tune back into you, replenish and renew.

6:45pm: Gather and settle.

7pm: Meditation leading seamlessly into the playing of 7 Quartz Crystal Sound Bowls and Pyramids for approx. 60 minutes.
You are free to lay down, sit on a chair or be in whatever position feels comfortable for you.

8:30pm: Sound Bath concludes with a short meditation.

Free time to return home or stay for a replenishing cup of tea and time at the Life Centre in the Crystal Garden or Sacred Meditation Room.

9pm: Event concludes.

WHAT TO BRING:

* Yoga Mat. If you don’t have one let me know as there are some you can borrow

* Cushion or pillow for your head, maybe an extra for under your knees if you like

* Blanket to keep you comfortable and cosy during your Sound Bath. Heatpump available too.

* Water or beverage of choice for hydration on your way home.

Your cells are in reset mode during and after a Sound Bath, just as they are during and after any body treatment, so hydration and nourishment afterwards are key.

* Wear comfortable clothing and bring something warm to put on, maybe socks for the cooler weather.

WHAT IS A SOUND BATH?

A sound bath is a meditative experience where your mind and body can relax, unwind and restore itself as it is “bathed” in harmonising sound waves.

The sound produced by the pure quartz crystal sound bowls and pyramids creates an immersive sound that fills the room.

The felt vibrations of these “singing” instruments can settle, harmonise, heal and restore your mind and body, without you needing to actively “do” anything but take time for yourself to relax.

Similar in state to a deep meditation, REM sleep or a craniosacral treatment, you will be invited to make yourself comfortable, either laying down or in whatever position feels comfortable and supportive for your body.

Sound Baths with me are gentle, intuitively created, bathed in Light and harmonised from the Heart.

This allows your mind-body system to feel at ease, comfortable to reconnect back to you, replenish and receive all you need.

With a background in craniosacral osteopathy, mind-body medicine and energy flows, I love co-creating harmonising, beautiful spaces and experiences, for the body to be in an optimal state for relaxation, restoration and flow.

This can allow physical, mental or emotional stresses, strains and tensions the opportunity to comfortably unwind, dissolve and clear, and new insights, awarenesses and inspirations to become clear and flow through.

Restoring the mind and body as well as confidence in ourselves and in our body’s ability to reset, restore and renew. In this moment, so in all moments.

I enjoy blending in principles from craniosacral therapy, health, energy flows, yoga, meditation, dance, music, water and nature.

I tune in from the Heart and intuitively co-create each session unique to who is present and the time.

I will be using 7 Quartz Crystal Sound Bowls, and Crystal Pyramids which resonate at different harmonising frequencies, different notes on a musical scale or different chakras or energy centres of the body depending on how we look at it.

This can create a felt sense of health, harmony and wellbeing and assist your cells and whole being to resonate and calibrate to this.

Your body does the work for you and attunes to the sounds in its own unique way for you.

I play the bowls intuitively and it is different every time.

The way the bowls are played is such that they resonate at a frequency which automatically matches to what and who is around them, meaning the sounds can harmonise whatever energy is present, and whatever your system is ready to receive.
