Leona is a Trauma-Informed Yoga Teacher, Breathwork facilitator and Reiki practitioner with a deep passion for creating a nurturing & loving space for those who are open or curious to journey within. With her warm and compassionate nature, Leona thoughtfully designs each session to ensure that everyone feels safe, supported, and truly heard throughout their journey.

Having transitioned from the corporate world, Leona has an acute understanding of the external stresses and pressures individuals often face in their professional lives. This awareness has fuelled her dedication to helping people reconnect with their true selves, outside of the roles and expectations imposed by their jobs and society.

Leona offers personalised 1:1 sessions both in yoga, reiki & breathwork, intimate group gatherings, and collective Breathwork journeys, all aimed at guiding participants to quieten the external noise and rediscover their inner peace and authenticity.
