Join Lauren for a 45 minute restorative yoga class, designed to stretch and release tension from the body and clear the mind. Connect deeply to breath and link movement with the flow of prana, life force.

Restorative Flow involves floor-based asana and focus on longer holds. There will be limited down dogs/vinyasas and strenuous postures - the aim of this class is to stretch, release and feel relaxed and spacious in the body.

Classes are offered on a donation basis. Suggested donation is $5-$15 per class, depending on your capacity.

Given the current climate and the fact that so many people are doing it extra tough, I've decided to donate 50% of the profits to a different charity each week. I'll send details of the week's charity in the email with the Zoom details after you register - please feel free to offer suggestions of charities that are important to you!

After registering for the class, you will be sent a link with the Zoom ID and password 30 minutes before the class is scheduled to start.
