Restorative Practice Facilitation Training
Description
The Mint House would like to invite you to take part in a 3-day Restorative Practice Practitioner Training on Wednesdays the 4th, 11th, and 18th of November. This fully-accredited course equips you to be a Restorative Facilitator and is open for all interested participants.
As each day’s training builds on the previous day, including skills development, participation in all three days of training is mandatory.
This course is suitable for anyone who wants to develop in-depth knowledge of Restorative Practice and explore how strengthening relationships, preventing conflict, and repairing harm can link to a range of professional contexts. This is an interactive course with a significant component of skills practice, including facilitating restorative conversations and restorative meetings.

Learning resources will be provided on the day, as well as access to follow-up materials to support continued professional development.
About Restorative Practice
Restorative practice is a term used to describe behaviours, interactions and approaches which help to build and maintain positive, healthy relationships, resolve difficulties and repair harm where there has been conflict. When we work with and alongside people, there is strong evidence that outcomes for participants are improved.
The Mint House is a registered training organisation with the Restorative Justice Council (RJC) and adheres to their training standards. This course is our three-day accredited practitioner training and with full participation attendees will qualify for full Restorative Practitioner Accreditation.
