This event is for members of my Inner Circle. If you're not a member, please choose one of my other events.

This deeply restorative 2-hour experience is designed to melt away stress, anxiety or overwhelm, and quieten your mind, so you leave feeling more rested and lighter than when you arrived.

It's a combination of gentle calming breathwork and a deeply restorative sound bath—followed by warm conversations over a cuppa and healthy treats. Come to relax. Stay to connect.

What to expect

Welcome - we’ll begin with a warm welcome to help you settle in, followed by gentle breathwork and calming activities designed to relax your nervous system and ease you into rest.
Sound bath - you’ll then lie down to be soothed by the warm, grounding tones of Tibetan singing bowls, which are the heart of this experience. I play these intuitively yet in specific musical harmonies, chords, and rhythms known to evoke a deep sense of calm. Around these, I weave in the gentle tones of crystal bowls, percussion instruments, and soft whispers of a wind gong, and sometimes my voice. To hear more about my style, check out this Instagram reel. There's nothing you need to do during the sound bath other than lie down and let the sound vibrations weave their magic and activate your body's natural healing wisdom. It's the perfect nervous system reset. Afterwards, I'll guide you slowly to a more grounded, awakened state so you're ready for the rest of the day.
Cuppa and yummy treats - you're welcome to stay on to enjoy casual conversations over a cuppa and nourishing treats, so you leave feeling restored and uplifted. There's no need to chat. Simply being present and listening is fine too.

You're also welcome to experience the amazing feeling of my bowls vibrating on your body, which takes relaxation to another level.
These are small gatherings (maximum 6), so the experience feels relaxed and personal.

What you’ll leave with

It's natural for sound baths to affect everyone differently. My intention is to create a welcoming, restorative space so you leave feeling genuinely better than when you arrived. Whatever your experience, you'll be held with care throughout.

Disclaimer and safety note

Sound healing is not a cure for any specific conditions, symptoms, or illnesses. Rather, it’s a beautiful tool that works alongside, never instead of, proper medical care from qualified healthcare professionals. It promotes deep relaxation, reduces stress, and helps to restore balance and harmony within your body. Your enjoyment and well-being are my priority, and so, prior to booking, I ask you to complete a short questionnaire so I can ensure this event is suitable for you.
