Event description
Restorative Yin & Pins merges the two ancient modalities of acupuncture and yoga. Both are practices to bring health and restoration to body & mind.
Starting with a 60min Restorative Yin Yoga class, followed by a 30min relaxation with group Acupuncture to promote health & healing.
Friday 13th November - Wood Element
This event will support the seasonal phase of Spring, the Wood Element, and balance the liver and gallbladder organs and meridians.
Friday 27th November - Spring Cleanse
This event will promote our inner spring cleanse as we support the organs of detoxification - the liver, kidneys and lungs. We will use specialised ear acupuncture to promote organ health and cleansing!
Places are limited to a small group, so bookings are essential..
