Restorative Yin & Pins merges the two ancient modalities of acupuncture and yoga. You are invited to come and bliss out to this deeply relaxing experience to bring health and restoration to body & mind.

The theme of this event is: 5 Elements. Starting with a 60min Restorative Yin Yoga class, we will move through and open the meridians of each of the 5 Elements (& associated organs) and then finish with a 30min savasana with group Acupuncture to calm the mind and promote the free flow of energy throughout the whole body for general well-being.

Feel free to come 5-10mins early to sign and settle in to the space, and inform us of any injuries, medical conditions etc. Come wearing comfortable clothing.
