Restorative Yin & Pins merges the two ancient modalities of acupuncture and yoga. Starting with a 60min Restorative Yin Yoga class, followed by a 30min relaxation with group Acupuncture, these sessions provide a seasonal tune-up and promote generalised wellbeing.

Sunday 7th March - Five Elements
This session will move through all 5 Elements.. Yin yoga works to open the 'meridians' or energy pathways of each Elements associated organ.. The group Acupuncture will then help calm the mind and promote circulation and the free flow of energy throughout the whole body.

You are invited to join us for a day of Yin & Pins, prasadam and kirtan too!

11.30am: Yin & Pins ~ 5 Elements (BOOKED OUT)
1.30pm: Prasadam lunch
2.30pm: Kirtan
3pm: Yin & Pins - 5 Elements

Due to the nature of the Yin & Pins event being smaller in capacity, there will be a morning session and afternoon session. The middle interval will allow the whole group to come together for Prasadam lunch and kirtan (group mantra singing) over in the park - weather permitting. So, the first group will start their Yin & Pins session at 11.30am followed by lunch and kirtan (finishing at 3pm). The second group are welcome to join us at lunchtime in the park at 1.30pm and then can continue on to the Yin & Pins session at 3pm finishing at 4.45pm.

Cost is $35 EarlyBird (Book by 21st February) or $40 thereafter.
