Restorative Yin & Pins - Murwillumbah
Event description
Restorative Yin & Pins merges the two ancient modalities of acupuncture and yoga. Both are practices to bring health and restoration to body & mind.
Starting with a 60min Restorative Yin Yoga class, followed by a 30min relaxation with group Acupuncture to promote health & healing.
Sunday 15th November - Spring Cleanse
This event will promote our inner spring cleanse as we support the organs of detoxification - the liver, kidneys and lungs. We will use specialised ear acupuncture to promote organ health and cleansing!
Sunday 13th December - Earth Element
Leading up to the summer solstice, this event will support our transition of the seasons and nourish the organs of stomach and spleen. This will also promote better digestion!
