These classes will be held monthly on a Sunday afternoon at the Breathing Space in Lakes Entrance and are facilitated by Julia Wolfram from Yoga with Julia & Sammi Lee from Serenity Breathwork.

Yoga mats & props will be provided but please feel free to bring your own yoga mat and additional blankets to keep you warm as the space does get cold in the cooler months.

Free parking is available opposite the studio.

All ticket bookings are final but if you cannot make it, your ticket can be transferred to someone else.
