A deeply relaxing and restorative practice involving fewer, longer held poses than a regular Vinyasanclass. Props, cushions and bolsters are used to maximise comfort and relaxation.
In addition to asana (poses) and movement, all my classes involve either an element of guided relaxation or a short meditation practice focused on creating space for people to be calm and centred at a time where it's more important than ever.
Classes are at The Lodge, Mittagong. A peaceful, multipurpose space nestled in bushland near Mt Alexandra reserve, Mittagong.Â
