Finish off your week and start your weekend by nurturing your body and mind.

We start with a slow & restorative yoga practice (think deep stretching, ground based, eyes closed, with plenty of props) followed by a relaxing, deep sound bath from crystal and metal singing bowls.

Restorative yoga assists to open the body gently through longer than usual holds of poses, and is complementary to any strength based form of exercise.

Through regular practice you will gain mobility and flexibility, and a more calm and centred mind.

Following on from this, you will simply recline on your mat and enjoy a sound bath from both crystal and metal singing bowls, that will further enhance and allow you to drop into deeper states of relaxation and mental clarity. The sounds are also said to heal the body on a physical level, increasing feelings of wellbeing and activating the parasympathetic nervous system.
