RESTORATIVE YOGA & SOUND EVENING

Welcome Beautiful Soul!

Join Michelle and Kat for a divine evening of relaxation to reset your nervous system and soothe your soul.

You will experience Kat’s guided direction through a sequence of gentle restorative yoga positions in which you will hold for roughly 3-4 minutes each, whilst listening to soothing sounds from Michelle’s sound session throughout. including crystal bowls, singing, chimes and many much more.

Leaving you feeling like you’re floating on a cloud.

Session is 60 minutes. 

What should you bring:

• Warm comfortable clothes
• Yoga Mat
• Water bottle
• Towel to put on bolsters for hygiene reasons
• Bolsters, Blankets and Blocks are provided

DOORS OPEN AT 6.35PM – PLEASE ARRIVE TO GET SETTLED TO START AT 6.45 PM. NO LATE ENTRIES.

IMPORTANT: Please note that if you have a heart condition including pacemakers/shunts/stents/heart valves, you have epilepsy, you will not be able to attend this class without seeking doctors’ approval beforehand. If you are pregnant, please let us know when you arrive.
