Join us for a relaxing 1.5 hour journey at Heart & Soul Yoga, facilitated by the serene energies of Seat of the Soul Yoga & The Singing Yogi

Relax in supportive Restorative poses facilitating deep relaxation while being bathed in sounds from crystal bowls and other soothing instruments, allowing your body to release deep seated tension.

Join us in a multi sensory experience that enhances your journey back home to your body.
