In today’s world, we are engrained with the idea that hard work and productivity are more important than rest and relaxation. Almost to the point that allowing ourselves to do nothing, is easily labeled as “being lazy”. This has created a culture of overactive minds, physically depleted bodies, and strung out nervous systems.

Come join us for an evening where we counter these beliefs, and allow ourselves to indulge in deep relaxation, by the body being held by yoga props and blankets, as we invite the mind to come into a space of wonder, while receiving the healing vibrations of ancient sound healing instruments from around the world.

Richie will start out with a centering, setting some intention together for our Journey, followed by leading through a series of restorative yoga poses, which will allow the body to fully surrender. Once in the pose, he will use different sound instruments to support the body in releasing held energy blocks, and opening up the chakras and energy centers to flow more clearly whilst the body moves deeper and deeper into a state of relaxation and bliss. We will move through a sequence of poses that will have the physical and energy body open, allowing for peace of mind, and even messages from our soul to deeply speak to us.

We will complete the evening with an Angel card, and an opportunity to integrate the experience, sharing about what came through in the Journey.

We are offering a sliding scale for this event. If you can pay more, choose the higher amount. If financially limited, the lower end.

Price -

$30 - This is the lowest tier. This is if you are making it paycheck to paycheck.

$40 - This is if you are still making it paycheck to paycheck, though have some savings put aside.

$50 - This option is for those who are not living paycheck to paycheck and have savings and are financially comfortable and secure.

$60 - This option is if you are living in surplus. This will help support the lower tiers.

About the Facilitator -

Richie Parrella is a Somatic Therapist, Certified yoga teacher, Reiki Master and sound healer trained in Prana yoga, based in the lineages of Kundalini and Tantra yoga and Ayurveda in the lineage of Dr. Vasant Lad. He facilitates sessions, classes, and groups with the intention to create a safe space for others to explore their inner experience, create transformation, as well as reduce stress, anxiety, and support the allowing of the body, mind, and spirit’s natural ability to heal. His teachings are rich in yogic philosophy, breath work and mindfulness.

Through his journey with Ayurveda, Yoga, Tantra, and Somatic therapy, he has come to learn that the body, mind and spirit are intrinsically connected, and must be treated as such, to achieve optimal health, and to support in self realization, and transformation.

Richie currently sees private clients over zoom, as well as in person in Princeton and Philadelphia, PA. He leads gentle yoga classes, meditations, and sound healings. He is one of the co-creators of the Celebrate All People Organization. Additionally, he is an organizer with the non-profit organization Dance Medicine Philly. His life is given to supporting others in transformation to higher states of balance in nature and consciousness, where real freedom can be attained.
