RESTORATIVE YOGA.

Every third Thursday of the month I am hosting a 90 minute Restorative Yoga Class. This is a wonderful way to reset your Nervous System and slow down, it is an opportunity to really tune into your body.

Are you wondering what Restorative Yoga is? The following quote from Physical Therapist Dr Judith Hanson Lasater is a lovely description:

"Restorative Yoga is a passive form of asana sequencing that includes floor based postures and props to support the body. It is considered an ideal balance to a hectic and stressful modern lifestyle."

Our next Restorative class is on Thursday 15th February at 6:15 pm for 90 minutes. Classes are limited to 5 participants so I can assist with individual adjustments with props and positioning to ensure there are no biomechanical stresses resulting in the ability to truly feel and settle into the Asana.
