Restorative yoga is a restful practice that holds yoga poses softly for a longer duration whilst being supported by props like yoga blocks, blankets, cushions and bolsters.

During this 2hour practice of deep relaxation we emphasise the meditative aspect of yoga, the union of body, mind & spirit.

When the body enters a state of relaxation the mind can also consciously relax as tension is released from both body & mind.

During this practice you reacquaint with your breath and feel your life force flow through you nourishing every cell in your body.

Restorative yoga is gentle practice, that encourages you to soften with every exhalation and truly surrender, in doing so you get to experience the benefits of this nourishing meditative Restorative Yoga Practice.

This is a Women’s Restorative circle.
