Restorative Yoga Immersion

Rest, Restore and Replenish your mind, body & nervous system.
This 2 hour immersion will allow you to open, stretch and unwind your body whilst being fully supported with bolsters, cushions, blankets and massage.
The perfect way to STILL your mind, RESTORE BALANCE within your body, REPLENISH your nervous system and CONNECT deeper to your BREATH.
Facilitated by Tenille from A Woman's Wellness - Yoga & Pilates Instructor with 16 years experience, Birth Doula and mother of 3 little humans.
