This offering is for everyone who feels a bit run down entering Winter, in need of deep rest or just simply want to reset at the end of the fiscal year.

What to expect:

Let’s slow down with a curated restorative yoga practice that invites you to slow-down and put your body on pause releasing tension over longer period of time, encouraging physical, mental, and emotional relaxation.

Restorative Yoga helps to activate the Parasympathetic Nervous system, which in the long term helps to elicit the relaxation response and produce a feeling of calm and increased well being

Supported by bolsters, blocks, covers, gentle pranayama (breathwork) and sound we will create a safe space for us to relax the mind, rest the body, heal and restore balance.

We will finish our practice with a Yoga Nidra meditation - Yogic Sleep - an accessible and effortless meditation practice that will leave you with a sense of wholeness.

The session is limited to a small number of participants to make sure that everyone feels held in a safe space and guided properly through the process.

What to bring:

We have everything @thetollhouse to support your practice, though You are welcome to bring your own Mat, blocs, bolsters, eye mask...

I would suggest wearing long sleeves, pants and maybe bringing a cover or a sweater and a bottle of water
