Michelle brings her 20 years experience with yoga and energy work and as a specialist in guiding highly sensitive people and empaths This class is gentle, slow , floor based practice using supportive bolsters, straps and blocks. These classes include use of essential oils, breathwork, somatic nervous system practices, guided meditation, chakra awareness and sound healing.

You will also be guided each week on setting intentions, empowerment and creative manifestation.

Meet your teacher:

Michelle Mullins is a certified Hatha Yoga Instructor and has been in consistent regular practice for 20 years. After becoming a mother 17 years ago and battling with fatigue and injury, this led her to move from the more intense, fast paced, physical forms of yoga towards a more gentle, slow and supported practice, aimed at lengthening the body, connecting to the heart, higher self and breath and releasing tension allowing your lifeforce to return with clarity and balance.

Restorative yoga is her core training and lead Michelle to creating her own Vibrational Healing Modality aromaZen which trained teachers all over Australia and New Zealand to share this practice. Before landing in Clunes she was running restorative healing and yoga retreats both locally and Internationally as well her her aromaZen Facilitator training Program. Sound Healing is a big part of aromaZen and Michelle also offers regular Sound Healing Immersions at Soul Barn on a bi-weekly basis.

Stand alone / drop in classes can be purchased for $30 each if preferred.
