Rejuvenate and recharge yourself during the holiday season. You will leave this class feeling rested, refreshed, and relaxed.

During this class, we will lean into moving slowly, breathing deeply, and settling into stillness. Expect to hold many of these postures for about 5 minutes. During the stillness, we will receive the added benefit of live music. The music will guide our bodies and minds into deeper relaxation.

Restorative Yoga can help to increase your flexibility, improve your posture, and relieve tension and anxiety. It is also known for its ability to activate the parasympathetic nervous system. This part of your nervous system relaxes your body after stress or danger and controls your digestive system and metabolism.

Wear comfortable loose clothing and bring a water bottle. The studio has props available for participants to use and personal props are welcome.
