Open to men and women, this month’s offering is extra-special! Slow down, unwind, release tight muscles, ease stiff joints and soothe your nervous system with this beautiful blend of sensational Gentle Somatic Yoga® and effortless Restorative Yoga.

No experience required to enjoy the benefits of these simple, subtle yoga-style movements to melt away tension and promote a sense of comfort and ease in the body.

These two hours are set aside for those keen to improve their general health and wellbeing through mindfulness techniques, breathing exercises, movement, silence and stillness. There are so many benefits physically, emotionally and mentally to mention so I'll leave it to previous attendees to say how they benefitted. Check out susieorr.com for reviews, and to read about Gentle Somatic Yoga(R) and Restorative Yoga.

You're invited to stay for afternoon tea served from 4:30 - 5 pm to connect with other attendees and myself

I'm looking forward to a really special afternoon sharing two styles of yoga that I passionately believe are genuinely Relaxing, Remedial and Restorative.
