Restore & Recalibrate Wellness Event
Self care is a necessity, we should not wait until injury or poor health to start implementing it into our routine. Our recovery practice and learning to slow down should be an important part of our health and fitness regime.
We would love for you to join us for a morning to reset, recharge and connect with an amazing community of likeminded people.
It will be a 2 hour workshop starting with 30 mins of mobility flow with Jane @jp.bodywise, then moving into 30 mins of breathwork with Nina, aiming to unwind and regulate the nervous system prior to our ice bath immersion and infrared sauna (optional). Our favourite onsite cafe @doghousecoffee_ will be open for nourishing snacks and coffee.
