Hosted in partnership with Tabvuma Mental Health

Feeling burnt out, overwhelmed, or simply in need of a reset?

Restore & Reconnect is a wellness hangout created for Black women to slow down, recharge and reconnect with themselves and community.

Join us for an afternoon of:

🧘🏾‍♀️ Gentle yoga & mindful movement to breathe, stretch and reconnect with your body.

🧠 A mental health workshop on burnout exploring how we recognise when we’re running on empty, the pressures that contribute to burnout, and practical ways to care for ourselves.

💬 Connection & reflection in a welcoming, culturally affirming space to meet, unwind and connect with other Black women.

Whether you’re feeling burnt out or just need some time for yourself, come as you are and take a moment to restore and reconnect.

What to bring:

🧘🏾‍♀️ Your yoga mat
💧 A water bottle
👕 Comfortable clothing you can move and relax in
💛 An open mind and willingness to slow down

A limited number of yoga mats are available to hire for anyone who needs one.

This event is proudly supported by Sydney Womens Fund!
