What You'll Experience
Opening & Connection We begin with introductions and settle in with a somatic drop-in practice to help you orient to the space and connect with each other.
Understanding Your Nervous System Discover practical information about your nervous system and the delicate interplay of hormones in relation to staying regulated. Aurora will share her naturopathic insights into how certain illnesses and hormonal imbalances can affect and dysregulate your nervous system, providing a deeper understanding of the body's interconnected systems. We'll explore helpful herbal medicines to strengthen and tone your nervous system, supporting your stress levels holistically and with awareness.
Embodied Practice Deepen into embodiment with a somatic journey designed to help you connect safely with present-moment awareness and what is wanting to be felt, seen, and heard. This practice incorporates the foundational elements of somatics: breath, sound, touch, and movement.
Integration & Sharing We'll close with integration time, group sharing, and space for your questions.
