Our unique Restore Book Club combines a one hour Yin Yoga class (6-7 pm) and a one hour bookclub (7-8 pm).

First you will stretch, rest and rejuvenate the body and mind. Then, a book discussion of a nourishing & cosy read, from either fiction and non-fiction genres, will take place.

Led by yoga teacher Gabi Moran and meeting on the second Wednesday of each month.

All props and mats are provided, alongside drinks (tea, water and wine) and nibbles (cheese platter - dietaries catered for). We have all of the selected books available to purchase in the bookstore or via our website https://roseread.com.au/

You're welcome to attend both yoga + book club (pick the yoga + book club ticket), just book club (pick the book club only ticket), or just yoga (pick the yoga + book club ticket and leave after class).

ABOUT THE FACILITATOR:

Gabi Moran, yoga teacher and avid reader, offers a sanctuary for rest, relaxation and rejuvenation. She teaches Restorative, Yin, Chair, Hatha and Vinyasa Yoga, meditation and Yoga Nidra. Gabi is particularly passionate about helping those who may be stressed, tired, unwell or injured. In her spare time she enjoys reading, nature walks and live music.
