Breath work, Meditation & Guided Relaxation

Sunday June 18th | Winter New Moon


Join me for a night that will invite in peace, calm and restoration.


Turn inwards in the heart of winter, an evening to deeply restore your nervous system, mind, body & spirit.


Outline for the evening

  • Arrive in the Sanctuary 
  • Sip herbal tea and settle into the space
  • Optional House of She Cacao taste tester
  • 15min guided Breath work
  • 15min guided meditation (beginner appropriate)
  • 30min guided relaxation and visualisation journey (lying down - allowing the body & mind to fully surrender to deep rest)
  • Head or foot massage

** Pregnancy appropriate 

** All age appropriate 


There will be no movement aspect to this event, so if you have been drawn to our events but don’t feel you would manage yoga and dance is too crazy, then this is the event for you.

The session will be either sitting or lying down for the entirety.Think comfort ~ pillows, blankets, warm & cosy. 

If you struggle to meditate, don’t know how to or think you can’t meditate, that’s okay, you will be guided the whole way, and doing it in a group setting actually makes it easier, as the collective group energy is so helpful to the whole. Beautiful and powerful stuff!If you struggle to sit for extended periods on the floor, a chair can be utilised, this is not a barrier, you are welcome!

This event will be held in the beautiful sanctuary at Northern Beaches High School, Performing Arts building. It is warm, moody and simply perfect for this event. When approaching the school from the Bowls Club, just turn left at the round about and head to the car park, the Performing Arts Centre is the 1st building when you head through the gates/fence.

Things to bring: yoga mat, pillow 1 or 2, blanket, warm socks, cardigan, eye pillow, water bottle, journal & pen (only if you wish) wear comfortable clothing for sitting and lying, and don't forget an open heart & mind.
