    Through the transformative power of downregulating breathwork you'll get to quiet the noise of daily life. Focusing on longer exhales helps you release any tension, feel more grounded & quiet your mind. 

    You'll be guided on a journey within, cultivating a deeper connection to your self. As you delve into your inner landscape, you'll uncover insights and wisdom that will support you in setting meaningful intentions for the months ahead.

    This event is a sacred space for nurturing self awareness, resilience, and gratitude. Whether you're seeking to realign with your inner compass or simply find solace amongst the hustle of life, this workshop offers a space for you to pause, reflect, and cultivate a deeper sense of balance and harmony in your life.

    Yoga mats will be provided.
