In this 2.5 hour mini yoga retreat you will spend time connecting within, creating alignment in your body, mind and spirit and experiencing a deep energy cleanse.

We start with a cacao ceremony, followed by reflective journaling using guided questions. Set powerful intentions for the next month.

Yin yoga is next to facilitate deep release within the body.

Using the Wim Hoff method, we will explore the power of breathwork to create expansion and power.

Yoga nidra takes you deeper and then its some energy work using Reiki to cleanse and restore the light body. A guided meditation will allow you to enter a deep state of suspension and open to new layers of awareness.

The session ends with guidance cards and some healthy treats.
