Over three gentle hours, you’ll be invited to slow down, tune into your senses, and reconnect with nature in a calm, supportive setting. With simple guided invitations, quiet pauses, and opportunities for group reflection, this is time just for you — to step away from the noise, settle into your body, and experience the grounding, restorative benefits of time in the natural world.
What is Forest Therapy?
Forest Therapy (inspired by the Japanese practice of Shinrin-yoku or “forest bathing”) is a gentle, guided walk designed to help you slow down, connect with nature, and support your mental and physical well-being. It’s not a hike or a workout — it’s about being present, engaging your senses, and letting nature do the rest. What to Expect:
A slow, mindful walk through the bush
A relaxed, small-group experience with like-minded people
Guided sensory activities to help you connect with your surroundings
Time to pause, reflect, and enjoy the calm
A peaceful space to share (if you choose to)
A simple tea ceremony to close the experience and reflect
Why Forest Therapy?
Forest Therapy has been shown to reduce stress, improve mood, and support nervous system regulation. It's a beautiful way to feel more grounded, clear-headed, connected and experience the scientifically proven health benefits of time in nature. This walk is suitable for adults of all fitness levels. Please reach out if you have mobility or access needs — we’re happy to accommodate where we can.
