What to expect

I will hold space for some restful movement that is designed for you to make a little sweet time to connect to your body. Just notice, and rest. Think of it like a nap but with the guidance of a yoga teacher :) It doesn't matter if you think of yourself as flexible or not, and you don't need to have ever been to a yoga class before. <3

Your camera can be off and I will record but only my screen - for those who are booking and can't make it live.

All you need is:

Comfortable and warm clothes
A comfortable place to sit and lie down
(sofa or bed will do, floor and yoga mat if that's your thing)
Some cushions and a blanket if you have them
