Australia faces an urgent challenge. Productivity growth and living standards are slipping, and families are under increasing strain.

In this address, Opposition Leader Sussan Ley will set out a vision for restoring Australia's economic strength.
Drawing on insights from leading economists, business leaders, and reform advocates, she will outline the principles and priorities that will guide the Coalition's approach to lifting productivity, rewarding aspiration, and ensuring a fairer future for the next generation.
This speech will be of particular interest to business leaders, policy experts, academics, and anyone concerned about Australia's economic direction.
It will provide a clear alternative to the current government's path, and a forward-looking framework for building a stronger and more prosperous nation.
Sussan Ley is the Leader of the Opposition and leader of the Liberal Party. She has served as the Member for Farrer since 2001 and held ministerial responsibility across Health, Aged Care, Environment, Education and Regional Development portfolios in government.
