Rest, Reset & Thrive – Intimate Breathwork | Melbourne West
Description
You don’t need to push through everything alone.
Rest, Reset & Thrive is a small, intentional breathwork session designed to help your nervous system soften, recalibrate and return to steadiness.
Not activating.
Not performative.
Not overwhelming.
Just a well-held space where your body can:
• release accumulated tension
• settle from chronic over-functioning
• access clarity without force
• restore internal rhythm
Breathwork is the gateway.
When the breath shifts, the nervous system follows.
When the nervous system feels safe, your body stops bracing.
This session includes:
• Guided, regulating breathwork
• Carefully curated music
• Somatic awareness and grounding
• Time for integration and stillness
Melbourne West - A steady space forming
I’m beginning to hold regular breathwork sessions - Rest, Reset & Thrive in Melbourne’s west with a small, intimate session in Maidstone.
I’m aware there are limited nervous-system-led breathwork spaces in this part of Melbourne, capped group of 11 — allowing space for genuine depth and steady attention, so your body can feel supported without disappearing into a larger crowd.
Held at The Leafy Home Co — a warm, thoughtfully held community space supporting local wellbeing initiatives.

Who This is For
This session may support you if:
• You’re holding a lot and rarely pause
• You feel wired, braced or quietly depleted
• You lead, care for others, or carry responsibility
• You’ve done mindset work but your body still feels tense
• You want depth without intensity
No prior breathwork experience is required.
This is where the exhale begins.

What to Expect
You’ll spend most of the session lying down, guided through a steady, regulating breath pattern.
There is no forced sharing, no pressure to perform, and no expectation to “break through” anything.
You’re invited to move at your own pace and remain in choice throughout.

"I found it very easy to drop into your session and easily pick up the practice with your guided breath work . With the breath came a lot of emotion , anger, sadness, joy and feelings of empowerment - and also in that moments to reflect on them . I did definitely feel a calm and an accomplishment that I had started my day with the best energy I could . Combining mindfulness, spirituality and a physical part = relaxation .
So thank you Vanessa , I cannot wait for the next session"

Why This Matters
In a world that moves quickly and demands constant output, nervous system regulation isn’t indulgent — it’s foundational.
This isn’t about fixing yourself.
It’s about creating the conditions where your body can soften and your mind can settle.
Exhaustion isn’t always about doing too much.
Often it’s about holding too much — without space to process or reset.
When the breath is steady and the body feels supported, clarity returns naturally.
You leave feeling clearer. Lighter. More grounded in yourself.
"When we first started working together I was feeling stuck. I was easily triggered and I didn't know why. Vanessa helped me work through my triggers and past trauma, she also helped me to gain much needed trust for myself. Thank you Vanessa for helping me navigate to this state of peace."
