Hi there! my name is Patricia, I bring over 10 years of experience in various industries and roles, including Social Enterprises, Health, Disability, and Energy. I hold a degree in Business Administration, completed a Master's in Project Management, and am currently studying a Cert IV in Mental Health.

Throughout my career, I have worked in project management, marketing and communication, and events coordination. I have also been part of the management team in different companies, providing mentorship, coaching, and supporting various recruitment processes in different locations, including Bogota, Bucaramanga, Ciudad de Guatemala, Brisbane, Sydney, and Perth.

I have taught and empowered people in different organisations and have worked as a Training and Development Mentor for Hunt that Job, supporting the Latin American community in Australia to engage with the Australian market through training and mentoring. And I am ready to share all my expertise with you!
