Join us on Thursday 9th December for this exciting community event to celebrate the achievements of The Social Outfit's Retail Trainees!

Despite the year that has been in Sydney, we have managed to complete another round of our Retail Training Program and are so excited to celebrate our newest group of graduates!

The Social Outfit’s retail training and job readiness program offers a unique paid 3-month traineeship in retail customer service at our flagship store in Newtown, Sydney. Trainees' in-store work experience is enhanced with a 12 module training course delivered through our brand new online school, plus industry excursions, pre-employment training and mentorship.

Our trainees are from refugee and humanitarian migrant backgrounds, most in their first Australian job.

At this event, you will hear from our graduating trainees about their experiences in the program, their goals for the future and cheer them on as they continue their career in Australia... because work empowers women.
