The theme for the Rethink Change 2024 Conference is ‘Rethink’. This may seem un-original but in an environment of shifting needs, expectations and capabilities the opportunity is for all of us to 'stop & rethink'.
We opened this challenge to our presenters and the quality of thought and ideas will challenge all our assumptions, paradigms, mindset and approach to change.
Join us for 2 days to learn and explore new ideas, tools and conversations on how to lead and deliver differently. Rethink Change Conference held on Friday 17 May and Pre-conference Masterclasses held on Thursday 16 May.
Dr Jen Frahm will kick-off with some thought provoking challenges, we also have an outstanding range of presenters and practitioners in their field sharing their expertise. We will wrap up with an impressive Panel sharing their experiences on implementing AI in their organisations - stories from the trenches.
We have 2 rooms with amazing content, designed to be immediately actionable. The main room will be live streamed* and recorded for future reference. The other room will have more interactive sessions, including some case studies.
We are also very excited to offer two Pre-Conference Masterclasses that will be facilitated by experts in their field. Both topics are complex with extensive application opportunities. Group sizes are limited to ensure an engaging and interactive 3hr session. (Lunch is included for those attending both the morning and afternoon masterclasses.)
Masterclass 1: 9am - 12pm

- Noa Rein presents Changing Minds, Facilitating Change: Mastering persuasion and rumble conversations
Connecting over breaks and at the end of conference drinks are a must.
