If we want to achieve meaningful gains, we need to discard the everyday settings that are hard-wired in all of us. Revitalise conventional approaches to boost productivity and innovation.

Join us for a full-day event designed to challenge traditional approaches. Through practical examples and open minds, you can move beyond ingrained habits and think differently. Don't miss this opportunity to reignite and revitalise your world.

The day will incorporate a line up of speakers and leaders who will get you thinking in different ways, interspersed with drinks and food provided by the legends at Capel Marron Farm.

Full program available here

Marron Farm Tours are also available during the day in small groups - choose your preferred timeslot for your tour during checkout (numbers are limited). See their unique approach and learn about their future plans.

The aim is to get people out of BAU – so ditch the everyday work attire. Dress different. Think different. Psychologists call it “enclothed cognition”. Chill and wear what you like to open your mind and be free from the constraints of BAU. Creativity is boosted by clothing that is expressive and relaxed. Think Dr Karl – crazy shirts welcomed. Prize for the best.

The event will wrap up at approximately 3:15pm, but feel free to stick around afterwards for an optional drink at the Capel Marron Farm bar and keep the conversation going. Drinks are available for purchase.
