Rethinking Community Billboards - A Workshop
Event description
Have you ever stopped to look at billboards in your neighborhood?
- How do they make you feel?
- Are they effective?
- Are they attractive?
- Could they be better?
For the past year, student researchers at Brown University have cataloged EVERY billboard in Rhode Island! Join us for an INTERACTIVE community workshop where we will discuss some of our findings as well as brainstorm ways that we can rethink billboards in our neighborhoods!
This event is FREE and is open to the public. Light holiday refreshments will be served, including hot chocolate, apple cider, and pastries. A free holiday inspired gift will be available for the first 10 people!
