SANGHA-LED RETREAT FOR EXPERIENCED MEDITATORS IN THE SPRINGBROOK RAINFOREST!

Join mindfulness and Dharma teachers, Suzie Brown, Lisa Brown and Lody Levy for a 3-night silent sangha-led retreat for experienced meditators only.

There will be no teaching - the program will include a daily schedule of group silent sitting meditation, walking periods, solo time in the rainforest, and silent meals together. Suzie, Lisa and Lody will hold the space and structure the days so that we can all practice together in a supportive environment.

Each day there will be an optional, non-silent sharing session to reflect together on our practice.

This retreat is for meditators who have done multiple silent retreats and have been meditating for at least 10 years. We particularly invite Dharma/mindfulness teachers to attend.

Our venue will be the beautiful Springbrook Rainforest Retreat: https://tsretreat.org/

Being able to spend time connecting with nature without distraction will be one of the most wonderful aspects of the retreat!

Robin Wall Kimmerer said “It is a radical act to reclaim your own attention and turn it to the natural world.” Reconnecting to nature is the portal to deep belonging, which we all crave and reminds us of who we are and why we do this work
