Immerse in a soundscape of premium Crystal Tones Crystal Alchemy singing bowls, crystal harp, chimes, and other sound healing instruments. Be held in harmonies to help you deeply relax, tune into your inner sanctuary, and transport yourself into realms of peace, joy, and total bliss. Leave expanded , transformed, and in your personal vibrational frequency. 

What to Expect: 

Come as you are. No experience needed. An hour of deep relaxation and sound. Be held in the crystalline frequency of 528 hz, the frequency of transformation, miracles, unconditional love, & cellular repair. We will begin with a short explanation of what to expect with a sound bath, relax with gentle breathwork to release, be guided with a visualisation, and then be transported into a soundscape of healing and angelic frequencies. 

What to Bring: 

Wear comfortable warm clothing and socks. Bring an eye pillow and any favourite crystals. All items for creating your sacred space for Sound will be available at the studio, including a yoga mat, blankets, and bolsters. 

Awaken and enjoy your transformed state of being with a beautiful cup of chai.
