Clear Vision Retreat 2025

This retreat offers you the space and time to slow down, reconnect with yourself, and gain clarity about what truly matters in 2025. It’s an opportunity to nourish your body, mind, and soul, while finding balance and purpose for the year ahead.

We will gather in a beautiful retreat house nestled in the serene Adelaide Hills, surrounded by nature and wildlife. The venue features a large swimming pool and ample space to relax, unwind, and simply be.

Throughout the weekend, we’ll engage in a variety of practices including Movement Medicine, Yoga (no prior experience required), Meditation and enjoy delicious, organic, home-cooked vegetarian meals. There will also be plenty of free time to read, journal, create a vision board, connect with others, or simply rest and rejuvenate.

Accommodation:

2 single rooms with a Queen bed (plus $150)
2 shared rooms with 2 single beds

Retreat Schedule:

Friday, February 7th: Arrive by 1:00 PM for lunch and time to relax and explore the space.
6:00 PM: The retreat officially begins with dinner, followed by an opening circle and a soothing Yoga Nidra session.
Sunday: We’ll close the retreat around 4:00 PM.

Yoga mats will be provided, though you are welcome to bring your own.

What to bring: Journal (if you like writing), sun hat (some of the practices will be outside), swimwear, comfy clothes
