Retreat sits

Sitting in meditation and peace, allowing presence to settle in as we sit with the medicine of tea and the stillness it brings.

An hour in meditative calm with tea in ceremony. We shall flow with 7 bowls, only receiving what you wish. 

Allowing Qi to once again fill your vessels as you reflect in each bowl.

We ask that you arrive a few minutes early as we will close the space when ceremony begins.

As you arrive, stepping through the front door in peace, using the toilet if you need then settling into the retreat room at the front right of the building.

Once seated we ask you to sit in silent meditation. 

Receiving what the tea and space has to offer and no more or less.

There is no need for you to bring anything, you only needed to arrive.

Pay what you can and feel for your sit,
20 will cover our costs but if you cannot afford this the space is still open for you.

Paying it forward allows us to hold a free tea sit in the future for community.
