ReTREEve Yourself: Ground. Release. Come Alive. 🌳💜

A one-day TreeGasmic™ transformation for women who give

You give. At home. At work. To everyone who needs you.

And somewhere along the way, you stopped feeling your own body.

This is the day that changes that. And it doesn’t wear off by Monday.

Under the trees, we work with your root: the base of you, the part that says I’m safe. I belong. I’m here. When that is steady, everything changes. Life stops knocking you around. Things start sliding off like water off a duck’s back.

This isn’t a day out. It’s a shift you carry home.

By the end of the day, you’ll:

🌿 Feel grounded and steady in yourself, in a way you can return to

🌿 Release what you’ve been carrying, gently and for real

🌿 Come back into your body, alive, warm and awake

🌿 Reconnect with your pleasure and your sensuality

You won’t leave fixed or “improved”. You’ll leave rooted, with a deeper sense of home in your own body.

This grew from my own time with trees and is now part of my international research into human-tree connection. Nature knows how to hold us. I’m here to guide you in letting it work.

Your day:
