Retrograde Wisdom: How to Work With Backward Motion to Heal & Reboot

Have you ever felt frustrated, stuck, or uncertain during a retrograde, wondering why the universe seems to be moving against you? What if you could instead see retrograde periods as powerful opportunities for deep healing, reflection, and transformation?

Retrograde Wisdom is a transformative 90-minute Masterclass that will teach you how to harness the energy of backward-moving planets to:

• Release what no longer serves you – identify patterns, habits, and relationships ready to be healed or let go.

• Reconnect with your inner guidance – learn practical tools to reflect, journal, and meditate during retrogrades.

• Reboot your life, work, and spiritual practice – use retrograde energy to plan, revise, and strengthen your future intentions.

• Turn cosmic challenges into spiritual advantages – shift from frustration to flow with actionable techniques and rituals.

In this Masterclass, you’ll explore the unique lessons of Mercury, Venus, Mars, Jupiter, Saturn, and Pluto retrogrades and understand how to align with their energies for personal empowerment rather than resistance. You’ll also receive ritual exercises, reflective journaling prompts, and practical tools that can be applied immediately to your life.

Whether you are new to astrology or a seasoned practitioner, this session will give you the insight and confidence to navigate any retrograde with clarity, grace, and intention.

Bonus: Participants will receive a Retrograde Healing & Reboot Guide PDF to take home, full of exercises and practices to maximise retrograde energy for months to come.
