We are happy to run a live group session for up to 10 people (Don't miss out on tickets). If you miss out on the live tickets, we will also have tickets available to join the LIVE Streaming.

This will be a retro 60 min Aerobic class with a 30 min release session.

Get your tights and headbands on and have some fun!

For the Release Session you will need:
- 2 x ball (Soft or firm ball eg. tennis ball, lacrosse ball)
- 1x yoga block or thick book
- 1x Towel

The Release sessions is designed from a rehabilitation and injury prevention perspective, to help aid your body with self massage techniques using a variety of methods including foam rollers, trigger balls, yoga blocks and your very own hands. They will be simple practices that you can take anywhere you go, at home or work, before you train or when you eventually travel again.
