Your new weekly ritual....

Join me each Tuesday evening and limited edition sessions released throughout the month, in a beautiful candle-lit space in Woolooware, Sydney. This is a deeply restorative experience designed to help you slow down, soften, and come back into balance.

So many are instantly drawn to the energy of this space, it naturally invites you to exhale the moment you arrive.

Through the gentle resonance of crystal sound bowls, you are guided into deep rest, allowing the nervous system to unwind and the mind to gently quieten.

This is your time to step away from the outside world and return to yourself in stillness and ease.

Suitable for all levels, whether this is your first soundbath or part of your ongoing self-care ritual.

What to bring: yoga mat, blanket, pillow, and anything that helps you feel comfortable and supported.

Please note doors close promptly at 7PM as the session begins, in respect of the group experience. I kindly ask that you arrive 5-10 minutes early to settle in.

Bookings are essential as spaces are limited.

Refund policy: Cancellations are refundable up to 7 days prior to the event. After this time, tickets are non-refundable, however your booking is transferable to a friend if you are unable to attend.

If you would like to be added to my priority invite list and receive early access to future soundbath bookings before they are released publicly, please email your contact number to: jennifer@jennifermountain.com.au
