Dreams are so important. They connect us to passion, fuel our actions and encourage us to take risks in life.

Research tells us 75% of adults do not achieve their important goals in life. This statistic comes from the Phd. work of Dr. Stephanie Burns. Stephanie an extraordinary student of human potential examined the the difference between those adults who achieved their goals and those who didn't. I was a foundational member of the series she created in the early 2000s, "The Goal Achievers Program". Dr. Burns was my mentor over a 2 years period.

Interestingly, the most important question is not, "What is it that stops us from creating our best life?"

Rather: "Where do we place our focus in order to make our dreams a reality?"

Julian has spent 50 years exploring human potential, he began his journey of self discovery in his teen years with meditation in the mid 70's. He comes from a theatre background having spent years training and working on stage, t.v. and film.

In his early 30's he fell in love with business and became a global entrepreneur which allowed him to combine his love for both human potential and business performance.

Julian has spent the past 30 years designing and facilitating live and online personal growth events for entrepreneurs and social change agents... and his work has touched people in more than 33 countries.

Julian brings rigour, fun, penetrating clarity and inspired action to the process of intuition and creation.
