A collaborative workshop led by three Naturopaths Mel T, Deb, and Mel LD, each offering a special piece of the experience - an afternoon of insight, creativity, connection, and healing.

- Wholeness & True Transformation – Be welcomed into a space of connection and exploration with Mel T, where we’ll reflect on the process of true healing and transformation. Enjoy a simple yet effective meditation to cultivate calmness and presence.

- Crafting Herbal Tea Blends – Discover the benefits of herbal teas with tea enthusiast Deb and have fun creating your own personalized blend to nourish and support your wellbeing. You'll get to take home your custom tea blend to enjoy!

- Explore & Experience Flower Essences – Explore the gentle support of flower essences with Mel LD and choose from a selection of blends specifically crafted for the workshop. Take home the one that resonates most with you, allowing you to continue working with it beyond the session.
