This is not a typical sound bath. Return to Resonance is a frequency recalibration, weaving sound, meditation, breath, energy attunement and stillness to support deep nervous system rest and inner return.

We’ll move through three intentional phases:
1. Realign: Settle into your body and connect with your inner rhythm through gentle breath and subtle somatic presence
2. Release: Clear stagnant energy and restore resonance through immersive sound and energy recalibration
3. Restore: Receive harmonic attunement and integrate a deeper sense of clarity, peace, and energetic coherence

This ceremony is held in a softly guided, non-performative space where you're invited to simply receive.

Frequently asked questions (FAQs):

What should I bring? Just yourself, an open mind and heart (Blankets, yoga mats and bolsters are provided)
What should I wear? Something comfortable you can relax in. The room will be heated
What time should I arrive? 4:55pm so you have time to settle in and get comfortable. We will commence at 5:00 and doors will be shut after 5 mins.
𝘏ow should I prepare? Try to only eat light foods prior to the session. Avoid coffee or other stimulating drinks at least 2 hours prior to receive the full effects of the practices
