This monthly evening immersion is an invitation to step out of the noise of the outside world and into a space of stillness, connection, and deep restoration.

Through guided breathwork and immersive sound healing, you’ll be gently supported to regulate your nervous system, release built-up tension, and reconnect with your body in a safe and nurturing environment.

Each session is a little different, meeting you exactly where you are—whether you’re feeling overwhelmed, disconnected, or simply in need of time for yourself.
